Philly pretzel chain coming to South Tampa

Soft-pretzel chain Philly Pretzel Factory is planning its first Tampa location.

The pretzel company is moving into a 1,231-square-foot space in a retail center at 4231 W. Kennedy Blvd. in South Tampa, according to a permit filed with the city. This will be a first-generation restaurant space, its previous tenant being a spa. Brian Hanrahan is the franchisee for this location.
