Tampa developer moves closer to breaking ground on Largo workforce housing

An affordable housing development in Largo is moving toward construction.

Largo Station is set to rise on nearly 6 acres of a larger 15.5-acre property, delivering 168 units across three buildings. Multiple construction permits were filed Friday for the apartment and amenity buildings. The project will be built through the state’s Live Local Act, so at least 40% of the units must be designated as workforce housing for households at or below 120% of the area median income.
