When Nicholas Pantuliano and Michael Tillman first visited St. Petersburg nearly a decade ago, the organic development of the Edge district caught their eye.

The founders of South Florida-based PTM Partners have already transformed a once-vacant block into the Moxy Hotel and renovated a century-old commercial building. Now, they’re preparing to double down on their commitment to the eclectic neighborhood. PTM Partners is working on the next phase of what they’ve dubbed the Edge Collective, which consists of a 330-unit apartment building designed to deepen the live-work-play environment they've spent years curating along Central Avenue.
