Tampa Bay Times' Pasco bureau is being primed for new life

The Tampa Bay Times' former Pasco County bureau is being primed for its next era.

A representative for Times Publishing Co., the Times' St. Petersburg-based parent company, filed plans with Pasco County for a comprehensive plan amendment and rezoning request to entitle the property for up to a 1.1 million-square-foot industrial development. The Times has owned the 8.5-acre property since 1973, Pasco County property records show.
