Waldorf Astoria Residences St. Petersburg surpasses $200 million in presales ahead of groundbreaking

The Waldorf Astoria Residences St. Petersburg project has hit another presales milestone, surpassing $200 million in sales.

National developer PMG and St. Pete-based co-developer Feldman Equities announced Monday that the project surpassed $200 million in sales since launching last April. The second milestone comes eight months after the project sold over $100 million worth of condo units. The 50-story luxury property with 163 residences is slated to become the tallest building in St. Pete as Waldorf Astoria debuts on Florida’s west coast.
