Waymo signs big warehouse deal in Tampa

Waymo's electric, driverless Jaguar SUVs will have a home base in the Tampa suburb of Town 'n' Country.

The autonomous vehicle company, owned by Google parent Alphabet, has signed a lease for the entirety of TIA Executive Center, sources with knowledge of the deal told the Tampa Bay Business Journal. Waymo said in November 2025 it would bring its driverless cars to Tampa. Its Jaguar I-PACE vehicles are still in testing mode in Tampa and not yet fully autonomous.
