Dynasty Financial Partners expands St. Pete headquarters by more than 30% with new lease

Dynasty Financial Partners will grow its presence at St. Petersburg’s tallest tower by more than 30%.

The wealth management firm will add another 16,000 square feet to its 44,000-square-foot headquarters at The Residences at 400 Central. The additional space will be along the building’s ground-floor retail shells at the corner of First Avenue South and Fifth Street. Construction for the build-out kicked off Wednesday morning.
