Homebuilder to break ground on nearly 100 townhomes in Pasco County

A homebuilder is planning nearly 100 townhomes in Pasco County.

Meritage Homes Corp., headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona, submitted a water permit to the Southwest Florida Water Management District on Monday for 94 townhomes in New Port Richey at the intersection of Rowan Road and Baille Drive. Such applications are often the first step toward development. The project is called Rowan Townhomes.
