Industrial developer makes $20M land buy in East Tampa

An industrial real estate developer has acquired a 116-acre property in East Tampa, where it plans to speculatively build two warehouses.

GTIS Partners said Thursday that it has closed on the land that will become 4Ward Logistics Center at 2998 N. 62nd St. in Tampa. Hillsborough County property records show the developer paid $20.5 million for the assemblage in a deal that closed April 7.
