Dallas investment firm acquires second retail block in St. Pete's Edge district

A Dallas-based investment firm acquired another retail block in St. Petersburg’s Edge district.

90Ten bought the strip of retail stretching from the Flagship Bank building at 965 Central Ave. up to but not including Copa for $8.5 million Wednesday. The deal is the firm’s second investment along Central Avenue in downtown St. Petersburg. It acquired another retail block from The Candle Pour to Enigma, which is diagonally across the street from its latest acquisition, bringing the total investment to $18.5 million.
