St. Pete firm files to foreclose on Tampa apartments

The owner of an apartment complex near Tampa’s Westshore area is facing foreclosure.

St. Petersburg-based real estate firm Precedent Asset Management claims Sinatra & Co. Real Estate owes $45.9 million in unpaid principal, along with regular and default interest, on a mortgage for Captiva Club, according to documents filed in Hillsborough County Circuit Court on April 10.
