Bradenton waterfront hotel sold for $27.7 million

A waterfront Marriott-branded hotel in Bradenton sold for nearly $28 million.

The Courtyard by Marriott Bradenton Sarasota/Riverfront hotel on 6.85 acres at 100 Riverfront Blvd. sold for $27.7 million, according to Manatee County records. An entity linked to NexPoint Advisors, a Dallas-based investment firm, bought the hotel from a Maine-based entity registered to George Schott.
