Midtown Tampa's newest office tower is fully leased

A high-rise office tower in Midtown Tampa is fully leased, leaving growing companies in the region without any big blocks of brand-new office space to consider.

Midtown East, a 440,000-square-foot tower, has reached 100% occupancy as Crete Professionals Alliance inked a lease to relocate its Tampa operations and Mattamy Homes is expanding its operations. Crete Professionals Alliance will occupy 20,000 square feet, and Mattamy Homes will occupy 6,000 square feet in addition to its 4,000 square feet of space in Midtown West, a spokesperson for Midtown confirmed. With these new leases, Midtown Tampa’s entire three-building, 640,0000-square-foot office portfolio is now fully leased.
