Strobe lights, an entourage of dancers dressed in black and the pulse of a drumbeat welcomed Ricky Martin to the stage.

This was no ordinary arena concert. Martin salsa danced and sang top hits from the stage of a Water Street Tampa Marriott ballroom on Saturday evening, performing not only for die-hard fans but for the 1,000 Realtors, elected officials and potential buyers at an event for a new luxury condo tower: Roche Bobois in St. Petersburg, developed by Clearwater-based Valor Real Estate Development. It is the first Roche Bobois tower in the U.S.
