Arizona builder to bring hundreds of townhomes to Wesley Chapel

A national builder plans to bring hundreds of townhouses to one of Pasco County's fastest-growing areas.

Taylor Morrison, headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona, submitted plans to Pasco County for 266 townhomes in Wesley Chapel. The development targets 72 acres of vacant residential land along the north side of State Road 56 across from Oxbow Boulevard.
