Rocky Point redevelopment among 2025 hotel projects announced

Between rebuilding hotels shuttered following damage from hurricanes Helene and Milton to new hotels in developing areas, there were plenty of hotel construction announcements in Tampa Bay this year.

Two major developments, the Ora Hotel and Private Residences in downtown Tampa and the Beachmaker in Madeira Beach, are both marketed as condo-hotel units rather than traditional hotels.
