Pinellas Park apartments sell for same price as 2021

A Pinellas Park apartment complex has sold for $61 million.

The 329-unit apartment at 5501 110th Ave. N called Aspire at Gateway traded hands for the exact price it did in 2021, according to property records. Santa Monica-based TruAmerica Multifamily Investments sold the property to WRH Realty Services, according to a deed filed Thursday.
