National homebuilder plans nearly 400 homes in Pasco County

Stanley Martin Homes, a national homebuilder based in Virginia, is moving forward with plans for a 395-unit development in Pasco County.

Harvest Hills South is on 130 acres and is proposed at the intersection of Prospect Road and Handcart Road in Dade City and is expected to be built in two phases, according to plans submitted to Pasco County.
