Owner of Tampa's most iconic office tower evicts fintech startup

The owners of Rivergate Tower in downtown Tampa received court authorization to evict local startup Veuu from its office.

Veuu, a health care payments company, is ordered to pay $2.4 million in past due rent, plus attorney fees and legal costs to Rivergate, per a final judgment entered in Hillsborough County Circuit Court on Dec. 1.
