Toll Bros. moves forward with dozens of luxury homes at Innisbrook

The second phase of a luxury gated community at the Innisbrook Golf Resort in Palm Harbor is set to move forward.

The Pinellas County Commission unanimously approved the plat for phase two of Toll Brothers' Innisbrook project Tuesday, making way for 62 single-family residential lots. Montrose at Innisbrook will include 174 home sites with lake, preserve and golf course views.
