Pasco mixed-use development inches toward second phase, adding 105 single-family homes

Construction is set to break ground on 105 single-family homes as part of a larger master-planned development in San Antonio.

NVR, the parent company of Ryan Homes, which is among the largest homebuilders in Tampa Bay, is developing the subdivision, located to the west of the larger development.
