Pasco land sale sets the stage for assisted living facility

A developer has paid $1.7 million for an assisted living facility site in New Port Richey.

The 4.3-acre site is fully entitled for the development of a 127-bed senior living campus on the property, which will include independent living and memory care, according to a news release from Eshenbaugh Land Co.
