Benderson plans final phase of Manatee industrial park

A Sarasota developer plans to add nearly 1 million square feet to a Manatee County industrial park.

Benderson Development's latest plans for Florida International Tradeport in Palmetto will add to the existing 2 million square feet. Plans to construct buildings 18 through 21, which are some of the last industrial buildings planned, were approved by the Southwest Florida Water Management District on Oct. 30.
