Pasco County mobile home park sold for $6.75 million

A 123-unit mobile home park in Pasco County was acquired by a Connecticut-based company for $6.75 million.

Wood Dale Mobile Home Park at 37945 Bentley Drive in Zephyrhills is a pet-friendly, age-restricted community for those 55 and older. Bedrock Communities, an owner and operator of manufactured housing communities across the Southeast, closed on the sale on Sept. 24.
