Whataburger expands in Tampa Bay with master-planned community location

Whataburger has tapped another Tampa Bay area location for its next restaurant.

The burger joint that started as a hamburger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, is coming to Bradenton on an outparcel at the corner of Cortez Road West and 75th Street West. It's part of SeaFlower Village Center, the first phase of the master-planned development SeaFlower that will span 1,175 acres with 4,000 residential units, 600 apartments 250 hotel rooms and 350,000 square feet of commercial space.
