RV storage facility in eastern Hillsborough could become warehouses

An RV storage facility in eastern Hillsborough County could be replaced with an industrial real estate development.

Hillsborough County Commissioners voted 7-0 on Thursday to approve the first reading of a major modification plan that would remove the RV facility and its clubhouse to develop three warehouses. The RV facility would need to be removed to extend water and wastewater lines into the rural area for the future development.
