Miami-based affordable housing developer nears vertical construction in Largo

An affordable housing development in Largo is nearing vertical construction.

Archway Partners submitted a permit application to the city of Largo on Oct. 9 to build a new apartment community and leasing office community center. The project, dubbed Cypress Grove, consists of 84 affordable housing units and is slated to cost $31.9 million. The construction work under the permit filed is projected to cost $15.6 million.
