Nearly 300 apartments to break ground in Land O'Lakes

Construction is set to begin soon on a 270-unit apartment complex in Land O’ Lakes, which is part of a larger master-planned development.

Woodfield Development is behind the project, which consists of 13 apartment buildings on a 17.5-acre site within the Connerton Master Development, according to Pasco County property records. The project received approval from the Southwest Water Management District Monday.
