Atlanta developer secures $109M for two rental communities

An Atlanta-based developer has secured $109 million in construction financing for two residential communities in Tampa submarkets.

Madison Realty Capital originated a $108.6 million construction loan to affiliates of Quinn Residences for two rental communities: Moccasin Wallow in Palmetto and Terra View in San Antonio. The two Quinn Residences communities will deliver a total of 313 townhomes and 140 villas.
