Carillon Park hotel sells for over $37 million

The Hilton St. Petersburg Carillon Park has sold for $37.3 million.

A corporate entity registered to Birmingham, Alabama-based Highline Hospitality acquired the hotel Monday for $164,317 per room, according to Pinellas County public records. A mortgage has not yet been recorded. Recorded prices of hotel properties often do not reflect the total transaction, which includes furniture, fixtures and equipment.
