Tampa developer plans overhaul of Tierra Verde Marina

A Tampa-based developer plans to reshape the 7-acre property home to the Tierra Verde Marina.

Greenleaf Capital has filed plans with the city of St. Petersburg to transform the existing marina into a private boat club with a restaurant, bar and pool, along with a larger storage facility. The project has received backlash at Tierra Verde community meetings.
