Helipad hotel-condo tower near Water Street Tampa could break ground in early 2026

The developer of a $675 million hotel-condo tower near Water Street Tampa says it is on track to begin construction in early 2026.

Ora Hotel and Residences, which is slated to rise 39 stories at 1101 E. Jackson St., will have 31 private residences on the top four floors and 627 hotel-condo units. Clearwater-based ARC Realty Group is the developer.
