Developer Darryl Shaw's Ybor City land swap with HCSO is complete

A land swap that will move the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office from Ybor City to suburban Tampa is complete.

The swap, facilitated by Ybor developer Darryl Shaw, will give Shaw another critical piece of the Ybor historic district and allow for the reconnection of Ninth Avenue.
