New 135-key hotel could rise in Clearwater Beach

Another hotel could join the stretch of resorts on Clearwater Beach.

Clearwater’s Community Development Board unanimously approved flexible development to allow for a 135-key hotel with 20,000 square feet of retail space, 6,825 square feet of restaurant and a 160,795-square-foot parking garage within the tourist district at 405 Coronado Drive.
