Lema Construction to build new HQ in St. Petersburg

A St. Petersburg contractor is moving ahead with plans to build a headquarters and townhouses in the city's Gateway area.

St. Pete City Council on Thursday unanimously approved Lema Construction's plans to build a 20-unit townhome development and its own office on three non-contiguous sites totaling 3.3 acres on the east side of Fourth Street North. It also intends to preserve a portion of the property.
