Pinellas Trail apartment developer sees a parallel between St. Pete tower and Miami's Wynwood

The developer of a 23-story apartment tower along the Pinellas Trail in downtown St. Petersburg sees a parallel between the project and one of Miami’s coolest neighborhoods.

Miami-based developers Black Salmon and LD&D, in partnership with IGEQ, have applied for the first permits for the approximately $115 million tower known as Gallery Haus. Gallery Haus’ site sits across the street from Tropicana Field, between the Edge and Warehouse Arts districts.
