Affordable senior apartments break ground in St. Petersburg

An affordable apartment community for seniors has broken ground in St. Petersburg's Gateway area.

Flats on 4th will deliver 80 apartments for seniors who earn between 22% and 60% of the area median income. Countywide funding efforts allowed Archway Partners to bring the multifamily development at 438 106th Ave. N to life and to preserve affordability for the next century.
