Downtown St. Pete condo tower grows taller after land deal

A recent property acquisition has led a Clearwater developer to update its plans for a luxury condominium tower in downtown St. Petersburg.

Valor Capital Real Estate Development purchased a 0.11-acre parcel at 322 4th St. S. for $2.125 million on May 29 — a strategic expansion to enhance the luxury residential development called Roche Bobois St. Pete Tower at the intersection of 4th St. S. and 4th Ave. S. The additional property will increase parking capacity and expand amenities, according to a release, but the project has evolved beyond that, adding height and units.
