St. Pete approves more than $10M for affordable housing projects, paving way for 100-plus units

Two affordable housing projects in St. Petersburg received funding in unanimous City Council approvals.

St. Pete City Council supported a total of $11.12 million in funding for 111 total units spread between 40 Habitat for Humanity townhomes and 71 units for seniors. Both unanimous approvals on Thursday move the projects closer to breaking ground.
