New owner of South Tampa's Britton Plaza plans its next era

As vice president of leasing for Brixmor Property Group, Chris Ralph leases more than 50 shopping centers from Florida to Hilton Head Island. Nowhere in that portfolio, he says, are neighbors as invested in a property as they are in South Tampa's Britton Plaza.

"Everybody has — more so than any shopping center I've ever been involved with — they have an emotional tie to it," Ralph told the Tampa Bay Business Journal.
