The next phase of a master-planned, mixed-use development in the Skyway Marina district is ready to break ground.

Sky Town, which is slated to bring 2,084 units and 92,000 square feet of retail to 34 acres in South St. Pete, will embark on the next phase of the project: 401 multifamily units, 121 of which will be reserved for workforce housing. Sky Town is the redevelopment of the former Ceridian office campus at 3201 34th St. S.
