Affordable senior housing to break ground in Pasco County

The first of three phases for an affordable housing community in Pasco County is moving ahead.

McDowell Housing Partners, an affordable housing development and investment company, said Monday that it has closed on the financing to build the first phase of Ekos at Bayonet Point, a three-phase, master-planned affordable housing community totaling 360 units.
