'Generous' deal with BayCare sets stage for $35M YMCA in Wesley Chapel

A $35 million YMCA will break ground in Wesley Chapel next week.

The Tampa Metropolitan YMCA said Wednesday that it will break ground on a two-story, 49,319-square-foot facility on May 28. Creative Contractors of Clearwater is the general contractor; Fleishman Garcia Maslowski is the architect.
