4,000-home master-planned community in Bradenton ramps up construction

Construction is beginning to ramp up at SeaFlower, a master-planned community in the works in West Bradenton.

SeaFlower developer Lake Flores Land Co. has announced the lineup of builders for its 4,000-home project bordered by Cortez Road West on the north, IMG Academy on the east, 86th Street to the west and El Conquistador Parkway to the south. Cardel Homes, David Weekley Homes, Issa Homes and Pulte Homes will build the single-family residences in SeaFlower.
