Westshore Yacht Club condo tower reaches full height

Aqua, the luxury condo tower under construction in Westshore Yacht Club, has reached its full height of 17 stories.

The 77-unit tower broke ground in May 2024 on the last vacant parcel in Westshore Yacht Club. Condos start at $1.5 million; the developer, The Westshore Group, did not disclose how many condos have been presold. The tower is on track to be completed in April 2026.
