Asian super grocer H Mart is coming to Tampa

H Mart, the popular Asian grocery store, appears to be planning its first location in the Tampa Bay region near Raymond James Stadium.

H Mart's first Tampa store will be near the intersection of West Hillsborough Avenue and North Dale Mabry Highway, according to construction documents filed with the city of Tampa. FH Enterprise Holdings LLC is named as the general contractor on documents filed in late March that show plans for interior demolition at the shopping center at 3908 W. Hillsborough Ave. H Mart's logo appears on a site plan for the property and a notice of commencement, which signals that construction is beginning, names the grocer as a tenant.
