Cult favorite Cook Out moves forward in St. Petersburg

The cult favorite fast-food chain Cook Out is moving forward with construction on its St. Petersburg location.

The $800,000 build-out permit for the 3,193-square-foot restaurant at 9595 Fourth St. N was filed with the City of St. Pete on Monday. Boston Market previously occupied the property, which Cook Out paid $2.6 million for in September 2024.
