Apartments break ground in YMCA redevelopment in St. Pete

Construction has begun on a 325-unit apartment complex in St. Petersburg's Grand Central district and is expected to deliver in March 2027.

Greystar, a global real estate company, and Griffin Capital, a real estate investment and management company, said Tuesday that they have broken ground on The Henry at Whitney Village at 3200 First Ave. S in St. Petersburg.
