Another hotel in Tampa's West Shore district will get a major makeover after changing hands. Davidson Hotel Co., a hotel management company and private investment firm Square Mile Capital Management of Greenwich, Conn., has purchased the 259-room Sheraton Suites Tampa Airport. It didn't disclose the purchase price but announced plans for a nearly $14-million renovation starting next year. It will include sprucing up guest rooms, the lobby, restaurant, lounge, pool and meeting rooms.
