Pasco entrepreneur lists 200-acre estate for sale for $19 million

A Pasco County entrepreneur and his wife have listed a sprawling Dade City estate for sale for $19 million.

Tom Johnson, who sold Tampa-based Global Imaging Systems to Xerox Corp. for $1.8 billion in 2007, and his wife, Jane, have put their 200-acre property at 33642 Blanton Road on the market.

Kathryn Scheller and Nicole Colon with Coldwell Banker Realty are marketing the property for sale. The home was built in 2006, and the property also includes a two-story barn, two hay storage barns and an equipment barn. The entire property is gated, fenced and partially cross-fenced.

The Johnsons have named the estate La Hacienda Del Cielo. It boasts a 10,000-square-foot hacienda-style home and a 9,000-square-foot lagoon-style pool area, including a koi pond, multiple waterfalls, hot tub, outdoor kitchen and tropical foliage.

There are five bedrooms, five bathrooms and three half bathrooms.
